2014 Goal

This Months goals

1. Stay Hydrated
2. Work out atleast 3 times a week
3. Make good eating choices on the week days and don't overdo it on the weekends
4. Say something positive about my self each day


That should be a good enough start

Girl, you are beautiful and ready for life. Grab it with both hands and get out your front door. go for a walk everyday. I know you can do it. I am proud of you! Just wanted you to know. Keep up the good work.

Great job on setting monthly goals! It's a good idea to have short range, as well as long term goals. It helps to break it down into smaller bites, which makes it more manageable than just looking at the big picture. Keep up the good work and go after this month's goals, Sammie girl! You ROCK!!!

LOVE your goals. i'd suggest narrowing it down. i'm finding that making long term or full month goals are great but when i narrow it down and set small goals for myself each day i'm doing FLIPPIN FANTASTIC! ... LOL... i just read Jacks comments. Dang that's funny!~
