Weighed in last night

First weigh in before starting my 4 days a week at the gym stuff.
339.4 lbs.

WOW... wow... not sure what to say here.
Took the butts and guts class last night that nearly killed me. I'm sore all over today.
I'm still going to swim class tonight regardless. Pushing foward and trying to stay positive!

Try not to get too discouraged. I know how you feel. Seems like you work your butt off and nothing happens. I've been frustrated lately because I swear I haven't lost anything... just a pound or two and I've been at it for a couple months now. I decided that so long as I keep at it, I'll eventually get to where I want to be. I'm trying to focus on how I FEEL. My clothes don't fit any better yet, but I can tell I'm more fit. It's not so hard for me to do things like running and hiking. I figure that was one of my goals... to be able to be more physically active without getting so tired. So I count that as an achievement, no matter what the scale says.
