and I'm realizing that I'm still not making exercise and eating right a priority... Looks like I need to step it up for the last month, I know I won't be in the running for any prizes... but I really need to make a better effort. I'm not apologizing to anyone because that means what I've been doing is acceptable and it's not.

Whats up girl? Have you tried automated meals, or meal planning? This has been helpful for me. Planning the weeks meals and only buying the groceries I need for those! Need some ideas, I have several cookbooks that have low calorie and good tasting foods!
Oh yeah? That would be sweet. I do preplan but the problem is I'm a manager and some nights I get home at 5:30 some nights 7 or longer. It's very unpredictable. I've been cooking a ton more but I just have felt that it hasn't been as big of a priority, which is sad.
Maybe Kari should post a challenge for us to share our low fat recipies.
