So I'm over 2 weeks with no soda, candy, desserts, and white breads... You'd think the scale would move..... NOPE. I'm even eating more fruits and veggies... scale no move :P
I'm sticking with it hoping it's just some kind of adjustment period or something.
Trying not to be negative..

I have been losing and gaining the same pounds for the last month. It happens.
It's been great finding your blog. Keep it up and you will succeed.
seriously... no matter what the scale does what you're doing is amazing and SOOOO good for you. Try not to get to tied to the scale or you'll lose sight of the real goal your health! You're amazing and an inspiration! Much love!
Its just your body adjusting. It will happen.
